Obligatory supplements to pay on arrival:
  
A. Service rate: in Euro for each person per week. Includes bed linen, bath towels, gas consumption and local assistance.                                    

Euro 35,00 per person per week, children between 3 an 12 years-old Euro 24,50 each per week.

B. Final cleaning: in Euro for apartment (excluding kitchenette final cleaning).

C. CLUB Card: in Euro per person per week. Obligatory from 3 years old.To be paid for lettings between 06th June to 12tnd September. (activities such as

High Season (from 26th june until 29th August): Euros 42,00 per person per week.

Low Season (from 6th june until 25th June and from 30th August until 12nd September) Euros 21,00 per person per week.

Supplements other services on request:
  
A. Extra Bed and bathroom linen: Euro 15,00 per person per change, to be requested at the time of booking;

B. Cot: Euro 35,00 per week, to be requested at the time of booking;

C. Animals: Euro 70,00/stay. Only small size accepted and only in very few apartments;

D. Kitchen linen: not avalaible;

E. Kitchenette final cleaning: must be done by the guest, otherwise Euro 50,00 will be calculated.

F.Mid-Week cleaning is not available. Eventually, once in place you may make an agreement with the reception office.
 
Deposit: Euro 200,00 per Apartment
This will be returned at the end of your stay, providing the flat is left in good condition and the inventory is complete.
If you depart outside office opening hours, the flat will be checked when the office opens and the deposit will be returned via post or bank transfer.
